Design Development

During Design Development, Eidos Architects further develops project needs and budget.  The development includes a thorough analysis of the site and the building as well as other factors affecting the project such as conformance with local, state and federal regulations and codes.  During this phase we also assist our clients in making all of the decisions required in order to determine which major mechanical, electrical and structural systems will best serve the building.
