Bidding / Negotiations

During the bidding and/or negotiations phase of a project, Eidos Architects assists our clients in pre-qualifying contractors, answering contractor questions related to the construction drawings, and obtaining formal construction prices for the work on a project.  We also assist our clients in negotiations with the contractor to keep their projects on budget.
