Mr.
Nearman has had a broad range of experience in the design and team
leadership of building projects including additions, renovations and new
facilities. His
responsibilities on these projects have included working with clients to
develop a written program of their needs, the development of schematic
designs, the preparation of the construction drawings and specifications,
the obtaining of construction costs and the performance of construction
administration services.
These
projects have included work for both the private sector as well as
numerous governmental agencies. As
a project manager, his responsibilities have also included the
coordination of all of the various engineering disciplines being utilized
in conjunction with these projects.

Robert Saas has been in partnership with Richard Nearman of Eidos Architects, PC for the past 21 years. His experience as a project manager has included work for both the public and private sectors. His primary job responsibilities include working on the development of the architectural portions of the schematic design, the construction drawings and specifications and the construction administration portions of projects. A strong qualification which we feel Mr. Saas adds to a project is his extensive knowledge of the governmental regulations and building codes required by state and city agencies.

Jennifer
Thong has worked with the other Principals of Eidos Architects, PC since 1989.
Her experience has included work on religious facilities, golf clubhouses, and school projects. Her responsibilities
involve programming,
schematic design, the preparation of construction documents and
specifications, bidding, and
construction administration work on projects.
She is proficient in CAD and the construction of models.
